Return Policy:

At Muslima Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as intimate wear, and custom orders are non-returnable. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for further instructions. Once the return is approved and processed, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Thank you for shopping with us!
